Who Are We?
04/05 Architecture are a fresh thinking studio based in the West Midlands. We have developed a specialism in residential & care architecture for both commercial and domestic clients with a particular interest in the traditional vernacular of English housing with modern cues.
Why Are We Here?
The studio has been created to pursue a personal interest in creating beautifully designed spaces. We want to do that with your involvement and make Architecture that will be filled with enjoyment and warmth. Our ethos is simple, clean and elegant, in both our approach to project engagement and design.

Hello,
My name is Charlie Doman-Lees. I’m an ARB registered and RIBA Chartered Architect with experience in both the public and private sector. I have worked on a range of projects within the care and residential sector, ranging from £20K to £14 Million across all stages of work.
I pride myself on my interpersonal skills, eye for detail and most of all, really enjoy working with people who get excited about Architecture.
I have picked up a number of awards throughout my career both academically and professionally and have a personal interest in the architecture of the soul.

A full set of planning documents can be produced, to obtain a various array of planning permissions.

A full suite of information to assist with building regulation applications.

A full set of tendering documentation, plus advice and guidance on the most appropriate means of tendering for the appointment, along with Tender returns appraisals.

A full set of construction documentation, including support through construction and contract administration.

Services to ensure the completion of the project sees the handover of a compliant building that has been built in accordance with the contract documents. Along with a full set of Architectural As Built information

04/05 can also provide principal designer services for both CDM and Buidling Regulations should the project requirements fit our knowledge, skills and experience.
